This depends on the delivery method you choose and the country where you want your GlocalMe device shipped. Tracked & trace delivery: 2-14 days Express delivery: 1- 5 days. Our return policy is simple, you can return the device(s) you bought within 30 days of product dispatch following the below guide lines. If your GlocalMe portable device is within the warranty period please contact your purchase channel. If your GlocalMe is out of warranty, or for further assistance kindly email support@glocalme.com with your order number.

For example, if you're traveling to Europe, and you want to have WiFi from the day you land, you pick that day to be your activation day.
